Graziul Advisory

Services

Three layers. Pricing you can see.

The free Durability Check is the entry point — an instant, self-serve read. The paid work is human-reviewed: the blueprint is the productized engagement, and custom advisory is for organizations whose governance is load-bearing enough to justify implementation work, not just a framework document.

Tier 1

AI Governance Durability Check

Free

Self-serve. Result on the spot.

A self-assessment that estimates how long your current AI governance approach will last before it breaks. Structured around the eight structural causes that documented governance failures keep tracing back to.

You get a durability band — Brittle, Aging, or Durable-ish — set by your weakest structural cause, with the specific sections that set the expiration date, the first trigger that would void a control, and a 90-day plan. Every part of the result traces back to an answer you gave. Because it is self-reported, it is an estimate, not an audit — but if you never pay me a dollar, it still tells you something you didn't have and couldn't easily generate yourself.

Tier 2

Diagnostic-to-Blueprint

$750–$5,000

Fixed-fee. Two-week delivery.

Five productized sub-tiers, segmented by organization size and sector. Pricing is segmented, not a range — the buyer self-identifies on the intake form, the price is shown.

Every Tier 2 engagement produces the same four deliverables, scoped to the organization's complexity. The two-week delivery is fixed and intentional: paid work signals quality through deliberate pace, not instant turnaround.

Solo / Micro

$750

2-week delivery

Solo founders, micro-nonprofits under $5M.

Foundation track

$900

2-week delivery

501(c)(3) organizations, $5–25M budget.

SME

Modal

$1,500

2-week delivery

100–1,000 employee organizations. The modal buyer.

Enterprise-Lite

$3,500

2-week delivery

Mid-enterprise pilots that route to Tier 3.

Foundation grant

$5,000

2-week delivery

Foundation capacity-building grants in the $25K–$75K range.

Every Tier 2 includes

  1. Risk and Impact Map

Inventory of AI systems, decisions affected, populations affected, and the structural risks each carries — not a matrix exercise, a deployment-aware document.

  2. Decision-Process RACI with shelf-life annex

Who decides, who consults, with what information, under what escalation. Every role paired with a named person. Every section ends with "this section expires when…"

  3. Governance Framework Document

25–40 pages, decision-process focused. Names what triggers a re-review, who owns each trigger, and what the escalation looks like under pressure.

  4. Implementation Roadmap

Four phases, capacity-aware. Sequenced so the highest-impact, lowest-effort items ship first; the rest is staged against staffing and budget reality.

  5. $1,500 credit toward Tier 3

If you book a Tier 3 engagement within 60 days, the entire Tier 2 fee credits up to $1,500.

Tier 3

Custom advisory

$12,000+

Implementation programs, fractional retainer, public-sector RFPs.

Tier 3 is for organizations whose governance is load-bearing enough to justify implementation work, not just a framework document. Three offerings.

Implementation

6-Week Program

$12,000–$18,000

For SMEs transitioning to enterprise. Full Tier 2 deliverables at higher complexity, plus one facilitated working session.

Full program

10–12 Week Program

$25,000–$40,000

For mid-enterprise. Tier 2 deliverables, three to four working sessions, vendor and model dependency mapping, board presentation draft.

Retainer

Structural

Fractional AI Governance Advisor

$8,000–$12,000/mo

Six-month minimum.

Quarterly governance reviews, decision-provenance logging, staff-turnover continuity planning, vendor and regulation impact assessments. Platforms cannot sell ongoing human judgment. This is the offer they cannot replicate.

Public sector

Municipal, state, foundation RFPs

$40,000–$150,000

Public-sector engagements are scoped per RFP and accommodate the procurement constraints of the issuing body — including grant-funded and 501(c)(3)-routed work where required. Same methodology; different paperwork.

Expert-network calls

$550+/hr direct

For one-off questions. The direct rate sits above the rates expert networks net to me, by design — calling me directly does not save you money, it saves you a coordinator. Routing through OnFrontiers, NewtonX, or Catalant is also possible at network rates.

I do not consult on trading theses, market-timing, earnings-call interpretation, or public-company equity assessments. Primary audience: public-sector programs, foundations, academic institutions, civic-tech organizations, and enterprise responsible-AI governance initiatives. Engagement framing is academic consultation.
