Plain English.

This site is built without trackers, advertising, or newsletter capture. That's a brand decision, not a legal flex. AI governance work is hard to take seriously when the website itself behaves like a surveillance product.

What this site collects

Anonymous analytics, via Plausible. Page views, country (derived from IP, not stored), referrer, device class. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no IP retention. Plausible is a privacy-first alternative to Google Analytics; their documentation explains exactly what they collect and why.

What this site does not collect: personal identifiers, behavioral profiles, advertising audiences, or anything that crosses from this site to another site.

The AI Governance Durability Check

The free diagnostic runs entirely in your browser. When you press submit, JavaScript on the page scores your answers on your own device and shows you the result right there. Nothing about your answers is sent anywhere. (If your browser has JavaScript turned off, the button falls back to opening a pre-filled email to me instead, since that's the only way to reach me without a script.)

The result includes an optional "email me this read" link. Sending it is entirely your choice. If you do, it arrives as an ordinary email in my inbox, the same as any other message you'd send me.

I use anything you email me only to reply about your result and, if you ask, to talk through next steps. I do not add you to a marketing list, sell it, share it with anyone else, or use it to train anything.

Retention

If you email me your diagnostic result, I keep that email the way I keep any email, until you ask me to delete it. To request deletion, email chris@graziul.io with the subject "delete my diagnostic email."

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data I hold about you (under GDPR, CCPA, Illinois BIPA, or analogous laws). To exercise any of these rights, email the address above. I respond within thirty days.

What this site does not do

• No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or other ad-tech.
• No session-replay tools (Hotjar, FullStory).
• No fingerprinting, browser-storage profiling, or device tracking.
• No third-party fonts (fonts are self-hosted on this domain).

Changes

If this notice changes materially, I will update the "last updated" date and surface a brief note about what changed at the top of the page for thirty days.
